When do I actually pay?+
At launch. The contract we sign up front locks the price and the scope, and the site stays on a preview link until it is live and you have paid. No deposit. If you are not happy within the first 30 days, there is a money-back guarantee.
Do I own the website?+
Yes. Once the build fee is paid, the code, the design, the words, and the imagery are yours. Hosting & Support covers keeping it running, not ownership. If you ever leave, everything gets packaged up and sent to you, and your domain is yours to point wherever you want.
What does Hosting & Support cover?+
Two things. Your site stays hosted, fast, and secure without you touching anything technical. And when you want changes, like new photos, updated services, or copy tweaks, you send a message and they get done. Small ongoing changes are unlimited within reason.
What if I just need a small change after launch?+
The first 30 days of small fixes are free: typos, color tweaks, content swaps. After that, changes are covered by Hosting & Support. If you would rather not carry a plan, one-off work is quoted before it starts, just ask.
What if my business changes and I need a redesign later?+
Small changes like new colors, an updated services list, or a new homepage photo are usually covered by Hosting & Support. A full redesign with new positioning is a new build, quoted fresh before anything starts.
What kinds of projects will you take on?+
